Mildred Evelyn Swain, 88, of Orange Park, Florida passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and her daughter-in-law, Kathy. Survivors include her brother, Rev. Harold C. Smith; her son John and his wife Samneing; her son Arthur; her daughter, Barbara; her grandsons Arthur, Jr. and his wife Linda; John Gerald and his wife Tanya; John III and his wife Lindsy; her granddaughter Rebecca and her husband Patrick; her 10 great-grandchildren and her beloved Avalon.
