HARRIS “Bo” Edwin L., age 74 died peacefully at Community Hospice on May 21st after a battle with Parkinson’s disease for two years. He leaves behind a wife, Fran Lash Harris; a mother, Ella Maude Harris; siblings; 3 children: Beverly (Larry) Stanley, Jeff (Jeannie) Harris, and Scott Harris; 4 stepdaughters; and several grandchildren.

Bo was born in Moniac, Georgia and worked 40 years as a latherer. He was retired for the last 12 years and enjoyed spending his time with his dog.

Fran and family invite everyone to join them at Gene’s Seafood at 1571 University Blvd. on Wednesday, June 1st from 6 pm – 8 pm as a remembrance get together. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Jacksonville Humane Society.
