Teresa Ann Green, 52, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Friday, September 16, 2011 following a battle with Liver Disease. She was born to Duane Lester & Jane Ellen Green on September 12, 1959 in Savannah, GA and graduated from H.V. Jenkins High School. She was a member of Isle of Hope Methodist Church and enjoyed cooking and playing trivia. She was a beloved daughter, sister and friend and will be deeply missed. Teresa was preceded in death by her father and by her sister, Janet Rae Green-Keel. She is survived by her mother, Jane E. Green; brother, Alan D. Green; and 2 nephews, Dustin and Hunter Green. Memorial services will be held in the chapel of Community Hospice, Hadlow Center on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 4:00 pm.
