Manuel D. Reyes, 78, of Orange Park, FL passed away Thursday, January 19, 2012 at NE FL Community Hospice, Acosta-Rua Center for Caring. Mr. Reyes was a member of New Grace Church in Fleming Island and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David Reyes and Virginia Reyes Del Toro; brothers, David Reyes and Angelo Del Toro; and granddaughter, Gabrielle Wirkus.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 57 years, Maria G. “Mary” Reyes; children: Libby (Jeff) Berk, Mark Reyes, and Cathy (Jim) Wirkus; and grandchildren, Paul Berk and Sonya Wirkus.

Memorial services officiated by Reverend Mike McDonald will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at New Grace Church, 5804 Hwy 17, Fleming Island, FL 32003 (904) 541-1234.
