Born to Mildred and Kent Stockwell on December 9, 1949 in Lexington, KY. He is survived by 1 brother, 1 sister, 2 step-children, 2 grandchildren, and his lifelong partner, Delia Serry. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother.
There will be no services or memorials as that was his request.
