Georgia Carol Barnett, 65, of Satsuma, FL passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012. Born on November 1, 1946 in Kokomo, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, LaVon and Frances S. Williams and by one brother, Fred Koontz, Jr. Survivors include 3 children: Todd (Carla) Coleman, Misty (George) Kelly, and Ann (Hank) McRee; 1 brother, Terry Koontz; 12 grandchildren: Kyle, Aubrey, Holden, Christian, Niki, Chance, Junior, Missy, George, Jessie, Mickey, and Justin; and 6 great-grandchildren: Raylee, Kadance, Daisy, Ayden, Trenton, and Christopher.

Georgia was an avid reader and she enjoyed country music, cookouts, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Smoky.

A Gathering of Friends and Celebration of Georgia’s life will be held at her home at 116 Leisurely Avenue, Satsuma, FL on Saturday, June 2, 2012 starting at 11:00 am.
