Anthony Alvarez, 51, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away June 15 2014. Tony lived in Jacksonville since 1985 and was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on San Jose Blvd. He is survived by his wife of almost 25 years Teresa Wannamaker Alvarez; beautiful 6 year old daughter, Anna Ariel; his #1 boy- Beaner (Beagle); his mother, Irene; sister, Cindy and several relatives, cousins and friends in Tampa, Florida as well as Illinois.

Teresa and Anna thank you all for your thoughts and prayers through these challenging years, but it was Tony's strength that made our family tough. Even as he left this earth on Father's day to be with his dad and his first son Beardude (Retriever), he left his strength behind for us.

A memorial service will be held June 26th at 6:00 p.m. at San Jose Baptist Church (The Peak) 6120 San Jose Blvd, family and friends are welcome.
