Myriam Altagracia Espada Torres, age 82, died on Friday, November 28, 2014 at North East Community Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida.

She was a loving daughter to Jose Torres Alvarado and Carmen Torres Lugo from the Dominican Republic. She married in Puerto Rico and is survived by her spouse of 63 years, Kelvin Emerson Espada Sr.; two sisters, Lijia Moreyra Torres, Irma Torres; 3 children, Kelvin Emerson Espada Jr. (Evelyn Espada), Myriam Josefina "Josie" Hartselle Espada (Michael Paul Hartselle Sr.) Ibsen James "Jimmy" (Terri Espada); 7 grandchildren Ben, Cliff, Frankie, Danny, Lisa, Mikey, Danielle and great-grandchildren, Dax, Cole E., Avery, Donald "Cole", John Dylan, Leo, Maddix and many, many nieces and nephews throughout Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and the United States.
She will be dearly missed by all friends and family.

Memorial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 7th, 2014 at Taylor Residences 6701 Chester Ave. Jacksonville, Florida 32217.
