Shawn David Duerfeldt, 44, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015. Memorial Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 1415 McDuff Avenue South, Jacksonville, Florida 32205 on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 11:00 am. Potluck reception will be in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the services.
