Alex Guriak, Jr., age 62, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015. He was born April 10, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA, to Alex Sr. and Nina Guriak. A loving father and husband, he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Barbara; mother Nina; sons, Alex and Jeremy; granddaughter, Monica Guriak-Lester and sister, Mary (Ron) Byrd. His memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Unity Church for Creative, 2777 Race Track Road, St. Johns, FL 32259.
