Thomas John Devine, 60, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Friday, September 4, 2015 in Jacksonville. He was born January 9, 1955 to James T. & Helen Langa Devine in Berea, Ohio. Thomas spent his early years in Valley City, Ohio then in 1970, his family moved to Mulberry, Florida. Thomas attended and graduated from Mulberry High School. He later moved to Jacksonville in 1978. Thomas is survived by his wife Susan; brothers, James T. III, Michael, John and Martin all of Jacksonville, Florida, Scott of Hortense, Georgia and sister, Diane Andersen of Valley City, Ohio. He is dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. There will be a celebration of Tom’s life for all family and friends Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriot 610 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073. He will be laid to rest at Jacksonville Memory Gardens in Orange Park, Florida.
