Dorothy Jane Norris, 74, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away December 28, 2015, after loosing her courageous battle against cancer. Dorothy was born May 7, 1941 in Monroe, Michigan to parents James and Margaret (Rinkus) Peters, although she spent most of her life in Ohio and New Jersey. She is preceded in death by her sister Linda, in 2014.
She is survived by her three children, Debora Braneky, David Braneky, Paula Padilla (Kevin) and nine grandchildren as well as a brother Robert Watkins (Kathy).
