Ronald “Ronnie” Harris, 68, of Jacksonville, passed away on February 6, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 6, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida to parents August B. Harris and Audrey May Hartley Harris. Ronnie served in the United States Army and was later an HVAC Technician. He had a big heart and a person could not find a more loyal friend. He enjoyed riding his Harley and cherished time spent with his family and friends. Ronnie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife, Donna Ramseyer Harris; his mother, Audrey; son, Curtis Harris; daughter, Misty Lance; two granddaughters and one great- grandson; three sisters, a brother, and countless nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 13, 2016 at North Jacksonville Moose Lodge, 9703 Lem Turner Road, Jacksonville, FL 32254 with Pastor Chet Harden officiating.
