Kimberly L. Pittman went home to be with her Lord and Savior on the morning of March 8, 2016 after a valiant battle with cancer. Cancer may have overcome her body, but not even death could separate her from the love of her Heavenly Father.
Kim was born in Wilmington, NC on November 4, 1957 to Catherine T. and the late Dennis G. Pittman. Kim is survived by her loving mother, Catherine; her sister, Cathie Shimp (Earl); niece, Brooke Shimp; and many cherished out of town family members. Kim had a heart filled with mercy and compassion and loved children and animals.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2:00pm. The resurrection service will be held at All Souls Anglican Church, 4042 Hartley Road, Jacksonville.
