Grace Williamina Burleson, 98, of Jacksonville, FL passed away June 13, 2017.

Grace Burleson was truly an amazing person. Her kindness, compassion and interest in others was well known by those who love her. At 98 years old, she celebrated life, cherished her memories and was ready to be home with her Father and reunited with her husband, Jimmie Burleson, the love of her life. She passed peacefully and swiftly, as was her wish. She is survived by her son, Larry Burleson and daughters, Mary Kay Mehaffey and Tammy Burleson, as well as a large family of grandchildren, great-grands and great-great-grands. She will always be loved and never forgotten.



A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, June 19th at 2pm at Beach Church (aka Beach United Methodist Church) in the chapel. Address is 325 7th Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. A gathering for friends and family will be held immediately following the service at The Woods Community Center at 2130 The Woods Dr E, Jacksonville, FL 32246, 3 to 5pm.
