Alyce Wolfersberger Bach

April 25, 1919 — December 24, 2009

Alyce Wolfersberger Bach of Stuart and Fleming Island, Florida, formerly of Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, died on December 24th, 2009, at Orange Park Hospital, Orange Park, Florida. She was 90 years old.

Mrs. Bach grew up in West Orange, New Jersey and moved to Point Pleasant Beach in 1946. She was a winter resident of Stuart since 1985. She was a graduate of West Orange High School and Drake Business College. She was the legal secretary to Robert H. Doherty, Superior Court Judge in Ocean County for 28 years, retiring in 1983.

Mrs. Bach was predeceased by her first husband of 52 years, Joseph VanNote Wolfersberger in1984 and by Earl Eaton Bach in 2000.

Surviving are her three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Judy, of Middleburg, Florida, Roger and Cristina, of Upland California, and Scott and Donna of Marlboro, N.J., seven grand children and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters, Mildred Loth of Livingston, N.J., Elaine Bartlett of Bonita Bay, Florida and Bette Carrie of Vero Beach, Florida.

A Memorial in her memory may be made to St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 5041 Lakeshore Drive West, Orange Park, Florida, 32003.
