Dean M. Koranda

Dean M. Koranda, beloved husband of Debra M. Koranda of 26 years, passed away December 30, 2009 at the age of 53.

He was the son of Walt and Jenny Koranda and resided in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife for the last 11 years.

He retired after serving 23 years in the military and 11 years with the State of Florida DOT, District Two Office of Right of Way as a Right of Way Specialist.

He is survived by his wife Debra and his sisters: (twin) Dawn M. Robinson, Rosemary Dreessen, Marilyn Durrance and his brothers: Dennis Koranda and Darrell Koranda.

He is preceded in death by his brother Mark Koranda and his parents Walt and Jenny Koranda.

Memorial service and reception will be held Sunday, January 3rd at 12:30 pm at Christian Family Fellowship Church, 7216 Old Middleburg Road South, Jacksonville, Florida 32222, officiated by Pastor Marty Davey.

His cremains will be laid to rest at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christian Family Fellowship Church.
