Robert Douglas Ragland, known to many as Bobby, 45, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Manassas, Virginia and a former resident of VA Beach VA, passed away Friday, March 19, 2010 at Seaboard Rd & Timuquana Rd Jacksonville, Florida. Robert was preceded in death by mother, Ruby H. Ragland Hopkins; father, Howard E. Ragland; and sister, Shelby Ellision.

Survivors include a sister, Vickie Ragland Lancaster Holloway and her husband Richard Holloway; 2 daughters: Elizabeth Marcelletti 24, Noelle Eckstein 2; a granddaughter, Brianna Marcelletti 4; nephews: Jason Lancaster and his spouse Jolene, and Eric Ellision; and nieces: Lisa Clay and her spouse Sam, Deziray and Ashley Lancaster, and Caitlyn Clay.

A candlelight vigil will be held at Timuquana & Seaboard where he passed away, on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 8:00 PM.

A graveside funeral service will be held in Virginia Beach Virginia, at 1110 N Great Neck Rd, Princess Anne Memorial Park on Friday April 9, 2010 at 3:00 PM.
