James Michael Haley, 56, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010 in Jacksonville, FL. Born in Florence, SC on June 21, 1954. He honorably served his country as a Senior Chief in The United States Navy. Mr. Haley was preceded in death by his parents, James C. and Carolyn G. Haley and by his sister, Susan Haley.
