Arthur Mills, 49, of St. Augustine, Fl passed away peacefully at home on June 15th.  He was a native of St. Augustine, born to Sidney Marvin & Phyllis Mills. He always had a sparkle in his eyes and loved to talk.  He took pride in his colorfully mammoth fish tanks & beautiful succulent dish gardens.  He is survived by his parents and 5 siblings; Pam Lareau, Dana Hagan, Kevin Mills, Amy Keough, and Kim Jecker.
