Bruce Michael Kempeny passed away Monday, July 13th, 2026. He was born to Gladys Kuznier Kempeny and Halsey Kempeny on December 15th, 1955.

He graduated from New Hartford High school, Masonry school and served in the Army.

Bruce was married for 44 years to his wife Yvonne Kempeny and had 3 children. Jacklyn Brearton (Trevin), Ashley Concepcion (Rick), Hal Kempeny, and a stepdaughter Tracy Burr. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Isabella, Cameron, Victoria, Landon, Jordan, Jacob, Amaya, Madison, Kaliana, Jakson and Lukas (great grandson). He loved the time and many conversations and laughs with them. Just as much as they did with him.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers William and Brian. He is survived by a brother Brad (New York), sisters Barbara (California) & Donna (Tennessee), and sister in-law Sharon (New York).

Bruce is remembered most for his love of gardening, bird watching, Nascar and golf.

There will be a celebration of life for family and friends Saturday, July 25th.
