Cheri Ann Adame, 68, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on October 7, 2026. She was born on September 5, 1958, to Donna and Andrew Levicki.

Cheri was a wonderful mother and grandmother whose love meant so much to her family. Her daughters and grandchildren will forever cherish the memories they shared with her and the love she gave them. Being their mother and grandmother was a deeply treasured part of her life.

She is survived by her partner, Kenneth Green; her daughters, Sheila Adame and Chelsey Lentz; and her grandchildren, Raylin Lentz, Stacey Bartley Jr., Rylie Lentz, and Ridley Lentz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donna and Andrew Levicki, and her granddaughter, Shayla Adame.

Cheri will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who knew and loved her.
