Cody Lamar Roth

Cody Lamar Roth, 33, of Jacksonville, Florida, left this world far too soon, the emptiness he leaves behind will be felt deeply by everyone who knew and loved him. Cody had a way of walking into a room and instantly making friends with everyone in sight. He was a kind soul with a big heart. His charming smile, quick wit, and warm spirit made him unforgettable to all who crossed his path.

Those who know him will remember his humor, his heart, his passion for sports, and the way he could make people laugh with his jokes. Cody had a gift for making people feel special, seen, welcomed, and appreciated, a gift that will continue to live on in the stories shared by those who loved him.

As his family prepares to honor his life, they hold tight to the memories that will always be theirs, the moments that made Cody who he was, and the love he never hesitated to give.

Cody will be missed more than words can ever fully express. Cody loved all things sports, and was a diehard Alabama Football fan, If Cody had last words, they would simply be; “If you want to get to heaven, and walk the streets of gold, you got to know the password, ROLL TIDE ROLL.”

Cody is survived by his parents Paul and Lesa Roth, who loved him endlessly, and by his devoted sisters, Sasha Pratt and Cassie Karlovich, who will forever carry their brother’s memory in their hearts. He was also the proud uncle of Jayden Woodall, Nolan Pratt, Kinley Pratt, and Liam Karlovich, each of whom adored him. He is further survived by his loving grandparents, Boyd and Margaret Canter and AnnMarie Bender, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cody’s family circle was large, and he treasured every part of it.

The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life at Millers Ale House, 11112 San Jose Blvd., on Saturday, Dec 6th, from 3 – 5 P.M.
