Born to James Christopher (Chris) Fernley and Audra (Anderson) Fernley on May 9, 1986, in Jacksonville, FL, She graduated from Englewood High School and had been a medical assistant.

She was preceded in death by Father Chris Fernley and Grandfather Jim Fernley, Grandparents Billy & Gwenda Anderson and Uncle Matthew (Matt) Anderson.

She is survived by her children Michael Harris, Joshua Hayes Jr, and Nicole Hayes, Grandmothers, Sandra Wheeler Blevins and Frances Fernley, Mother Audra Chinn and husband Steve, sister, LeAnne Schwarzrock and husband Scott, Brother, Zachary Volkmann and wife Brandi, Aunt Michele Fernley, Uncle Troy Fernley, Aunt Crystal Anderson, Nephews, Gabriel, Carter and Cash.

A celebration of Life will be held June 14, 2024 at 11:00 am at Calvary Chapel West Jacksonville, 7510 Plantation Bay Dr. N., Jacksonville, FL 32244, by Pastor Allen Victor.
