Emmett Tice was born and raised in Phenix City, Alabama. He passed away in Florida at the age of 100.

Mr. Tice served in the Navy during WWII. He was a successful businessman who owned and operated Tice Electric Company.

He is survived by his beloved wife Frances of 77 years and his two daughters. He had five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
