Francesca Romana Scotti Lindner passed away on August 1, 2025, after a long and gallant battle with breast cancer.
Fran was born in Florence, Italy on November 26, 1963, to Mario and Beatrice Scotti. After moving to the US, Fran completed high school at Granite City, Illinois before receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University. Fran went on to achieve great success with Bank of America before retiring in 2017.
On August 18, 2018, Fran was married to Todd Lindner in Cody, Wyoming. Fran was very active in Redeemer Episcopal Church where she previously served as Senior Warden. Fran was also very involved with the Society of Women Engineers and various breast cancer foundations. In addition to spending time in Italy and with her family, Fran was a huge soccer fan, tennis fan and running enthusiast. She will best be remembered for her outrageous laugh, infectious smile, outgoing personality and extreme generosity.
Fran is preceded in death by her first husband, Lance Miller along with her parents, Mario and Beatrice Scotti. She is survived by her husband Todd, sons Wesley and Andrew Miller, daughter-in-law Vanessa Miller (Navarro) and daughter Madeline Eyraud (Lindner). Additionally, Fran is survived by sisters Elizabeth Johnston (Bryan) and Barbara Evans (Bryan).
A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Monday, August 18 at Redeemer Episcopal Church.
