Frederick “Fred” Campbell went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the age of 83.

Fred was born December 12, 1942, in Camden, NJ, to the late John and Lillian Campbell. He proudly served his country in the US Army - SP4. Fred retired from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) as a Business Agent. He belonged to the Gideon International, spreading God's word one bible at a time. Fred was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fred leaves behind his wife Jean Campbell of Jacksonville, FL, daughters Tami Birchmeier, Dawn Zagame & Robin Birchmeier, and grandchildren Alex Birchmeier & Monica Zagame. He is also survived by his brother John Campbell.

Fred’s interment will be at 10am on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Jacksonville National Cemetery with Dr. Robert Ball officiating.

Fred's life verse: Isaiah 40:31, But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.
