Georgetta (Cookie) Todd Kolesa, 81, passed away on Friday December 12, 2025. Cookie was born and raised in North New Jersey. She moved to Florida to be closer to family and away from the cold winters. Cookie lived in the Jacksonville area for the past 45 years. She loved her family dearly, especially her kids and grandkids, she also loved her pets. You could always count on her for conversation, a cup of coffee or to share a meal. Cookie was loved by everyone that got to know her, she was the type of person that never met a stranger. 

Cookie is survived by her daughter Lenora, grandchildren Aaron, Trent, Kristen, James, Peggy, Michael and Shannon. Great grandchildren Memphis, Orion, and Emma and 4 great-great grandsons. Surviving sisters Carol, Mary, and De-De and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her son Robert Todd 3rd and her sisters Lois, Becky and Bert.

Cookie will be remembered and greatly missed.
