John William Mihay, 78 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family November 25, 2021.  John was the son of Joseph and Helen Mihay who both preceded him in death.  His older sister, Barbara also preceded him.  Born on January 7, 1943, he graduated from Arsenal Technical Highschool in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He joined the navy and served our country for 20 years.  He is survived by his sister Mary, his children, John Mihay Jr., James Joseph Mihay, and Jennifer M Atchison-Boner.  He had 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  John was happiest when caring for the many pets in his life.  He will be missed by all who loved him.
