Katherine A. Hawkins, age 83 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Monday, June 1, 2026, at The Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, Florida

She was born in Queens, NY on February 21, 1943.

Katherine had worked and retired as a supervisor for the New York Life Insurance company of America.

We have been blessed with the presence of Katherine in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her children: Tracy Marie Trentacosti and spouse Salvatore of Cold Springs, NY, Christopher Hebron and spouse Sherri of Jacksonville Beach Florida, and Kathryn M. Hebron of Jackson Heights, NY.

She was the loving grandmother of Matthew, Jaclyn, Tara, Katie, Brendan & Nicholas and great-grandmother of Torri, Graycen, Edison, Brady, Layla and Jack.

Katherine was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Hawkins, Son Richard P. Hebron, and loving sister and brother, respectively, Christine Hudgens and Charles Parente.

She will be especially remembered for her smile, love of dancing and winning at bingo.
