Marilyn Joyce Alexander, a beautiful soul at the age of 85 has passed away and has joined her beloved husband Cecil Thomas Alexander in the Promise Land on April 16, 2025, in Jacksonville, Florida.

Marilyn was born August 10, 1939, in Chicago, IL. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She would tell everyone she had two dates with Cecil and had been married for sixty-four years.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents Mathias & Florence Keller, two sisters Judy & Emmie, and her husband Cecil Alexander.

She is survived by her children Betty Jordon, Virginia Floyd (Thomas), Pattie Howell (Jeffrey), seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery on May 28, 2025, at 10 am.
