After a life well-lived, our mother, Marjorie "Jo" Edelen, 91, peacefully departed this life on December 6, 2025, in Jacksonville, Florida. She is affectionately remembered as Mom, Jo, Grandma Jo, and Aunt JoAnn.

Jo is survived by three of her children, Russ, Terry, and Ken; along with 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Her husband Ed, their daughter Kathy, and her sister Marion, all departed this life before Jo.

Jo and Ed spent 54 great years together. They spent the majority of that time traveling where the Marine Corps stationed them at home and abroad. She retired from many years as a Civil Servant. Upon both their retirements, they enjoyed traveling in their RV between the East and West Coasts visiting family and friends and being camp hosts. They eventually settled down in Florida. Over the years, she enjoyed hosting and cooking Mexican food for family and friends. She also enjoyed bowling and golfing, along with sewing and baking.

We miss our mom, but our memories will last forever.
