Pamela Sue Miller, 81, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Born on September 25, 1944, in South Charleston, West Virginia, Pamela was the beloved daughter of George and Joyce Smith. She graduated from South Charleston High School and attended Concord College. Pamela dedicated many years of service to Mayo Clinic, where she worked as a Cardiovascular Technician until her retirement.

Pamela shared 61 wonderful years of marriage with her high school sweetheart, Kyle Miller. She was an avid reader who loved her family and friends deeply. Known for her warm and welcoming spirit, Pamela never met a stranger. She especially treasured her role as “Mom” and “Mimi,” and her love and kindness will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Joyce Smith; her in-laws, Ralph and Edith Miller; her sister, Jackie Smith; her sister-in-law, Karen Miller; and her brother-in-law, Mike Miller.

Pamela is survived by her devoted husband, Kyle Miller; her children, Tamra (Tim) Morgan and Todd (Maria) Miller; and her cherished granddaughters, Carlie, Macy, Rorie, and Addyson, along with many beloved extended family members and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
