Robert Steven “Steve” Stars, born to Robert and Eunice Stars on June 21, 1954, sadly passed away on Oct. 31, 2025, at age 71.

Steve was born in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He enjoyed playing golf, watching football (or any University of Florida Gators sport), and listening to music.

He was a methodist and former member of Jacksonville Jaycee’s. He will be remembered for so many things, especially his strong love for family and friends.

Steve is survived by his wife Linda Stars, his sons Brad & Michael Stars (Jennifer), and his granddaughter Lilya.

A service will be held at Mandarin United Methodist Church on December 6, 2025, at 11:00am, officiated by Britt Gilmore and Eddie Lockamy.
