With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rolan McKenzie Hatley of Jacksonville, Florida, who died at age 75 on March 29, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. He was a man of immense humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with his family, who surrounded him with love in his final weeks. His unwavering spirit will forever be remembered.

He was predeceased by his parents William & Gladys, and his sister Willena. He is survived by his wife Peggy, son Brian (Cherie); daughter Bridgette, grandson Matthew, and granddaughters Alisha (Dominic), McKenzie, Kendall & Savannah, who will all continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

As per Rolan’s request, no funeral service will be held.
