Ronnie L. McCain

Ronnie “Ron” L. McCain died in his Jacksonville, Florida, home on Sept. 15, 2025. He was 68.

He was born on April 11, 1957, in Arkansas to Lorretta Louise Westbrook Estes.

Ron was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran before spending more than 20 years at Landstar System, Inc. working in the IT and purchasing departments. He was always willing to partake in a lively debate and could often be found on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife of eight years, Regina McCain, daughter Libby (Nicholas) Tomasulo, and other close family members and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his wife of more than 25 years, Suzanne “Sue” McCain and his mother.

Ron’s life will be celebrated by family and friends in a private ceremony at a later date. In lieu of flowers, take some time today to recognize those close to you who make a difference in your life or make a donation to your local animal shelter.
