Ryan Allen Cooper, 25, of Middleburg, FL passed away June 21, 2019. He was born August 2, 1993 in Manatee County, FL. Ryan was a Master Technician for Lucas Honda.

Ryan is preceded in death by his mother, Connie Cooper.

He is survived by his wife, Jessica Cooper; son, Rylan Cooper, 5; daughter, Reagan Cooper, 3; dad, William Franklin (Emily); cousins, Sophia and Maxwell Franklin; sister, Angel Phelps (Timmy); nephew, Julian Phelps; nieces, Jazmynn and Angaleigh Phelps; Father-in-law, Kevin Schertell; mother-in-law, Dory Schertell; and sister-in-law, Ashley Gunter (Steven “Ty”).

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Immanuel Anglican Church, 915 Orchid Avenue, Keystone Heights, FL 32656 with the Reverend Raul Toro officiating.
