Samuel L. Chapman, 68, passed away on October 22, 2022.  His survivors include his wife of 25 years, Debra, his daughter Jessica McGowan (Stephen), grandsons Tillman McGowan and Henry McGowan and many cousins.

He retired from Southeast Toyota after 32 years of service.

He loved everything Irish so a Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 to 5:00pm on Sunday, November 13 ^th at Culhane’s Irish Pub at 9720 Deer Lake Ct.  Attendees are encouraged to wear paisley, tie dye or a kilt.
