Chad O'Quinn

O’QUINN, Seaborn Chadwick “Chad”, 35, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on October 1, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted son, beloved brother, faithful fiancée, and friend to many.
He was born September 26, 1983 in Jacksonville, FL to Seaborn Fender O’Quinn and Diane T. O’Quinn. He was passionate for music and was a part of the local music scene.  From a very young age, he was giftedly talented in academics, arts, and sciences. He was talented in multiple areas, especially graphic design and music production.
Chad is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Helen Fender O’Quinn and Robert E O’Quinn, and maternal grandfather, Ted S Ikemoto. His family members include his fiancée, Andrea Barnett, his father, Seaborn Fender O’Quinn (stepmother, Nani Isabel O’Quinn), mother, Diane T. O’Quinn, grandmother, Tokiko Ikemoto; siblings, Courtney Tokiko O’Quinn, Jessica Gall Ring (husband, Tyler), Michael Gall, Chad Gall, Jason Pinkston (wife, Naomi), Dawn Deluca (husband, Rich). Aunts and Uncles: Helen Hope O’Quinn Hana (husband, Richard), Robert Edgar O’Quinn (wife, Susie), Glenn S. Ikemoto (wife, Suzanne), Carter Banks (wife, Donna N), Christina Hale (husband, Ben), Dale Pilon (wife, Carmen), Burt Pilon (wife, Kelly), Moani Pilon Lima. Cousins, Jim, Parker and Stellon Ikemoto, Elizabeth Hana Parham (husband, Mike), Greg Hana, Christie and Katherine O’Quinn Huddleston (husband, Nate), Marshall Banks, Justine and Trey Hale, and John and Laura Nichols, Erica Martinez, Kianna Pilon, Noah Pilon, Melanie Lima, Malie Lima, Michael (Tia) Whalen, Jacob Whalen. Nieces and nephews: Alani, Leia, and Lana Ring, Ariel, Eden, and Jonah Pinkston, Jackson and Isaac Deluca. And many, many close and fond friends.
Memorial services were conducted in a private family gathering, with an official Memorial Service with friends planned for the near future.
