Susan R (Heath) Boleky age 69, of Jacksonville passed away August 24, 2020.

Susan was born July 29, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Susan was a member of Lake Shore Baptist Church for over 40 years where she enjoyed teaching Sunday school and helping others when needed. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, and craft making. Susan had a great love for children and was known as “Grandma Boleky” to many who knew her.

Susan Boleky is lovingly remembered by her sons, Steven (Amanda), Patrick (Shelly) and her grandchildren, Tyler, Scott, Hannah, Carerra, Preston and Jaylen.

Susan was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Norma, and her daughters, Jennifer and Eileen Boleky.

Services will be held October 10, 2020 10:00am at Lake Shore Baptist Church.
