William L. Stephenson went home to be with the Lord on January 19, 2021. Bill was born on May 31, 1930 to Lottie and Harrison Stephenson in Portsmouth, VA. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and attended Virginia Tech from 1947 – 1950. He went to work at Seaboard Air Line Railroad in Portsmouth and retired from the railroad’s successor company CSX Corp. after 35 years.

He was a member of All Souls Anglican Church for many years.
